My b2evolution Version: 4.1.x

I am new to b2evolution. I am currently using 4.1.2 stable. I have created a custom skin, however There are navigation Items that I can not seem to find to remove...

I need to remove the white box with the small "events" links.. This is where there are links to other blogs..

I also need to remove the "HOME" and "CONTACT" links.

I would also like to remove the main BLOG name header that is linked back to the main blog page.

I have been though the templates I created as well as trying to chase though the code, but I cannot seem to find where/how to remove these items.
