If anyone can assist on this I would appreciate it. What I can't see a way to deal with is that the blog posts, widgets, etc., are appearing at the URL linked to the subdomain in the way that the multiblogs config requires, but that the skins do not function.

If anyone can point me to something I might possibly consider, I would be most grateful.

The problem is with the Header div you might have set the width to 100% change that and you will see the difference.
