[3.x] Help! How to put HTML code in the Skin header?

My b2evolution Version: 3.x

I have been looking all over on how to put some HTML in the header of my skin (Floral), but I can't find any instructions.
Basically what I want to do is put some roll-over images with a link to either an article or a category.
Any help or pointer to instructions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Note: in b2evo v5 it will be possible to add meta tags, CSS & Javascript directly in the backoffice.

But for now you need to edit the skin files.

Thank you, gents. I understood as much as that, however, did not find any tutorial or doc on the topic, and I'm a total (but total) PHP illiterate...
Any pointers would be appreciated.
