Hmm, strange. I've got it working on my machine.

Try deleting that skin from your server, downloading it again and re-uploading.

Also check that you're using a skin that was designed for your version of b2evolution. If you downlaod a skin for the wrong version, it will not work.

i had tried re-downloading and uploading.. it still give me a blank page.. how??
