Hi , I can post and publish in my lanugaes , Kurdish or Farsi or Arabic... without problem .

but when I try to "Edit" them , the characters look like #$R#@$@#$@!$DSF@#$!@#$@ Blah blah

at these times I usauly change the Encoding ,so I tried to change the Page's View Encoding to (UTF-8) but that doesn't work either .

what should I do !
