Okay, first I hope I didn't post this in the wrong place but I wasn't sure. I'm trying to customize b2evo, but I have no clue how to do it. When I had regular b2, i used tables for my blog, with the date being at the top, the blog in the middle, and my sig at the bottom. Can someone help me figure out how to do this? Also, I don't know how to upload my own smilies and where, and how to activate them. Thanks in advance.

As for customizing b2evolution, the style is driven by CSS. What I usually do is find a skin I like, then change it suit my needs. The skin's CSS will be labelled something like "style.css". It's pretty easy to change colors and even adding your own images. Check out Topstyle Lite (http://www.bradsoft.com/download/index.asp) for a free CSS editor.
Regarding smileys - go to your plugins/_smilies.conf.php file and there you will see the list of available smileys. Just add the code for your own smilies and upload the images to your /img/smilies folder. Hope that helps. :)
