comments and htm codes

when you (anyone) writes a comment on b2evol, it says that URLs, email, AIM and ICQs will be converted automatically.
But on fact, it doesn´t works, it only works if you write the code <a href="
It means that people who don´t know html cannot generate active urls.

Any idea ?
may be we have to activate any kind of permissión ?
or well when it says that it will be converted automatically it's only if you write the code ?

Is your "auto links" plugin turned on? The box should be checked to make links be clickable.

EDIT: oh crap! you're asking about comments and I don't think the box matters back there. Hope someone comes along and gives a worthwhile answer...

I´ve turned-on two differents folders (opt-in) I,ve also tried with "always" value:
plugins/renderer.class.php
and
plugins/renderers/_autolink_renderer.php
but it doesn´t works, I don´t know.

But the problem is in "comments" ... I mean

by the way we always keep b2evol reference and link in our blogs

hi... still fighting with this...

we see in config/_formatting.php

$comments_use_autobr = 'opt-out';	// automatically change line breaks to <br />

so suppose the trick for autolinks is something similar, but we try things like $comments_use_autolinks, but it doesn't work. any idea about what command must be used?
