Phenix: no skin applies ?

admin skin is ok
b2e is ok too, i got all my old posts...
but when i want a specific skin, it does nothing, or just some movement on the page, but not like the skin is (no format with colors (like if no tables used)) and that for any skin i tried ! so css seems not applying on templates
I tried to change links to make .css used, but nothing ...
default.php is ok and summary uses right the css...
really lost . help please

yep i let my skins directory in 644 attributes (why ?) ,
so done in 755 is right ? and it's OK now, ...

you know , i ask there after2weeks to find in files where is the problem !
and read some forum topics but ...
what a stupid not be enough a developper ,

I'm on a windows box so my permissions are slightly differnt, they "appear" to be the equivalent of 554.
