Anyway, I'm glad to announce that PolyglotX supports b2evo 1.8 or later now.
The new release PolyglotX 0.7-rc1 has been tested successfully on 1.10.1.

I get the following error on loading the plugin:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/underwa/public_html/cj-home.net/blog/inc/VIEW/_menutop.php:42) in /home/underwa/public_html/cj-home.net/blog/plugins/_polyglotx.plugin.php on line 64

This also appears on the post screen when I try to edit a post.

I have tested under a fresh 1.10.2 installation, but no such kind of problem is found.
Did you install other rendering plugins?
Try to adjust the priority of PolyglotX, it may work.
