When I click on the ? symbol for a plugin from the plugins subtab I get a popup window that is kinda small and tucked into the lower right corner. I think it should be a bit bigger and not jammed down in there like that.

Also, and the reason for this post, when I click the same symbol after clicking the plugin's name (to get to the plugin settings) it doesn't open a popup - it replaces the current page. Seems to me if it's a popup in one place it should be a popup in both.
