Is there a hack or plugin available that will allow the moderator or post Author to include the writer's picture.

For example. when you setup a user you assign them a logo/picture/whatever

So whenever that person posts/commments a picture is autommatically associatied with the text much like this forum does. only smaller and to the right instead of the left.
