Is there a plugin that will allow you to show the last X posts Updated/modified?

Just a list of some of the recently updated entries you have posted along with the date it was updated.

Something simple like:

example post - updated 08-02-06
example post 2 - updated 08-01-06

This is something I would like on my sidebar by the way.
