What sort of customisation are you looking for?

I am looking to make the Biker Law Blog into a Professional Looking Biker Law portal with all of the bells and whistles. I would like to give the blog a professional custom skin, and probably have a 3 column format so that I can use the sides to insert whatever I want including PPC ads, etc.

I think I have already found a programmer in Canada through another programmer in the UK that is going to do the job for me on a phased basis at 40 dollars per hour.

I will let you know how it goes.
