I cannot delete the sample users created in a default new install of v6.5 (i.e. Kate, Larry, Paul, David...). I click on the red trashcan, click to confirm I want to delete the user, but the user is never actually deleted (it still displays in the user list even after refreshing the browser, trying a different browner, and clicking on the refresh button on the user screen). I even changed their status to closed, spam, and gave them level 0, and still I cannot delete them.
