assuming the keyword you are trying to find is "history" it should be

http://libtmp.lib.utsa.edu/blogs/index.php?blog=7&s=history&submit=Go

it does search index.php http://libtmp.lib.utsa.edu/blogs/index.php?s=history&submit=Go

so, if you could paste here the whole index.main.php we may be able to help you, i assume
