[2.x] Top Menu Issues

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I would like to change the text in the top dropdown menu, so instead of it saying dashboard See Write Manage Upload, etc

I would like to change how this is worded, and I would like to remove completely the "Customize" option.

Can somebody tell me where the code for these are.

/skins/_toolbar.inc.php

You can change as much titles as you want. They are all in T_( 'Something' ) format. Simply change the word Something there.
