PHP error with antispam in admin panel

I have created a new blog and given users the permissions for it. When I choose that the user does not have the permission to view the antispam prefences, I get the following error in the admin panel:
Notice: Undefined index: text in /path/to/blog/inc/_core/ui/_menu.class.php on line 260

The error does not show when I choose that the user has the right to only view the permissions.

The same error is in 3.3.1 and 3.3.2.

Weird thing. I downloaded the full 3.3.2 package and noticed that the _menu.class.php file was different size than on my server.

I have had problems with displaying some post types in my blog (ie. Pages, Sidebar links.). I tried to replace the _menu.class.php which was giving errors. Now the missing post types are displaying correctly, but I still get that error.

I also tried to replace the whole inc folder but that didn't do anything visible yet. Also uploaded skins_adm, admin.php, htserv again just in case.

So one step forward. :)
