change format of date and add linkblog

Hello,

I would appreciate some help, please.

1. Currently on my blog, http://howtotellagreatstory.com/b2evolution/index.php the date reads as 2005-12-05.

How do I change it to read 5th December 2005?

2. I somehow managed to delete the Linkblog entirely from my list of blogs. How do I re-install it into the current blog?
