OK, I see ajaxed forms; so I am guessing forms have been ajaxed. It is possible that jquery is loaded twice as I added some jquery to my old 3.3.2 installation. Will investigate to see.

Are you using your own|customized skin? Some changes have been introduced since version 3. I don't know your programming skills, but it's always recommendable to take one of the built-in skins as a guide to fix your own.
