We try to give answers on a daily basis. It's true that sometimes some threads remain unanswered for several different reasons, but we are trying to minimize that.

"View unanswered topics" -like the one we used to have- might help :P

When you click "Latest Topics" at the top of the screen, there is a column with # of replies.

When it says 0 we know noone has answered.

(Note: when it says 4, we don't know if any of the 4 replies solves the problem.)

Well yeah an answered topic doesnt necessarily mean a solved topic. OTOH, viewing just the topics with 0 replies helps to see the completely unattended topics.
