I kept looking for it at features and settings and almost anywhere except that one ... I was looking for a tab but did not know those are also sub-tabs

Back office > Collections > Front Page > Features > Post ... long way down or very deep procedure ...

@deafsilencer yes, those are Level 3 tabs. We would like to have everything at a one click distance, but it's not possible in all cases ;)
