I've wanted to do that in the past already but there was some technical reason not to. I don't remember which right now. This needs to get done at some point though. Bumping it up on the todo list.

Maybe the only reason was I am not sure how to handle upgrades for this. People with 3rd party skins will have double titles.

Yes you are correct, but then the user can just disable the widget in the container, or remove it altogether to avoid double titles. Perhaps upgrades should disable the tittle widget automatically(or by default) for older skins?

It's a bit too complex to determine which skin is up to date and which not when doing the upgrade.
