I just installed 1.8.5 from 0.9.1.12 (i think). I've got it running ok except that email notification of comments does not work. As well, the "User validation" by email feature did not work, either. What could be causing the problem?

:oops: The email i used for the notifications was treating it as spam; so, i switch email addresses and it worked ok. Thanks comcast.net for the overly robust spam protection: cost me about five hours of head scratching.
