Well, for me the link on the download page took me to Source Forge download page for B2Evo 1.9.1

True, but if you go up one level you'll find all the available versions. http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=85535&package_id=88610 then click the little plus sign next to 1.8.6 and you'll have a download link for that version.
