This question has been answered MANY times. Searching for "aggregate blog" would have shown you the answer, but I'll get to the point: no. Blog #1 aggregates all posts from all blogs. I think there is a hack available somewhere that changes this, but I'm pretty sure it's not posted in the forums. If I recall it's a pretty deep hack too.
