My b2evolution Version: 1.9.2

I have a strange situation here where one post is not showing the "Leave Comment" Link nor has it the Form in the Permalink Page.
Comments and Trackbacks are allowed and all other posts have the link and the form.

I made a new post to see if the problem repeated but no, the newest post has the Leave Comment and the form as it should.

I've also edited the post and saved it again to see if it changes but no, it hasn't and as an additional oddity, when you "Preview" the post, the Leave Comment Link is there.

Does anybody know what this could be and its solution?

I'm tempted to delete and re-post the whole thing but before I'd like to know if there is a why and a way to avoid in the future.
