My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Good evening! (or morning, depending on when you see this...)

I just installed evo, and I'm running into all sorts of issues. Most are minor, and I'll dig 'em out. But, one that's got me stumped is that I'm trying to activate email to blog, and the setup seems straightforward, but I don't have a "submit" button (or save, or other option) to keep the changes I made. If I try to navigate away, it does remind me that I haven't saved my changes. I think I'm missing something (besides the button).

Anyone seen this?
