[1.9.x] Links not working

My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Everytime I add an outside link to an entry, I get a "Forbidden" error message saying I don't have permissons for admin.php.... any thoughts?

Does it happen for every link you try? If you have mod_security, it may think that your link is spammy. Try something harmless, like linking to Google.
