What folder is the blog post saved in

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Wanted to upgrade to the newest version but I cant find the file where the post are saved in. Can someone just help me out fast so I can start the upgrade :).

They're not stored in a file - they are in your database, so now you can upgrade!
