My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

hello,

blogging via email creates the following error in the backoffice:

Verbinde zum POP-Server...
Anmelden am POP-Server...
Empfange Nachricht #1...
Bearbeite...

Warning: explode() [function.explode]: Empty delimiter. in /var/www/arwen137/html/sniglesde/cron/getmail.php on line 172
Subject-Prefix passt nicht.
Empfange Nachricht #2...
Bearbeite...

any idea what went wrong

Just a guess, but

Your problem may be related to your settings regarding posting by phonemail without the appropriate delimiters.

this is my screenshoot from the backoffice

I write an email with the
Subject: wassduwillst (same like in the backoffice)

content:
mylogin-datas:mypassword
28 (categorie-number)
blablabla

and got still this error:
login or password wrong

Hello Joachim,

Is this another problem?

Your previous post indicated a failure of the PHP explode function on line 172.

And although I did not know the version of b2evolution you were using, I looked up the getmail.php code in 1.9.3 and it corresponded with your symptoms. The code at that point was parsing the subject of the message based on the phonemail separator.

That's why I suggested to you that this could be a problem with your backoffice configuration or with the actual message content.

The Application Settings/Features/Blog by email tabs in the backoffice will let you set appropriate values (if this is the problem).

If they are set right, then check out the content and format of the message being sent.

Unfortunately, in regard to your current password problem, I don't have a clue!
