My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Ok, I'm on a Mac, I'm using 1.10.2
Every time I install a Plugin or edit a Post or view Stats, I have do at least one hard refresh for the back office screens to show new data or reflect new edits.
Is there something I can do about this as this was not the case a couple of versions earlier.
