Error message with mysql

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I am trying to install the blog and I keep getting this message:

MySQL error!

The PHP MySQL module could not be loaded.

You must edit your php configuration (php.ini) and enable this module (php_mysql.dll).

Do not forget to restart your webserver (if necessary) after editing the PHP conf.

what do I need to do?

I advise you to mail your host and write them just what you wrote us. If you do have access to php.ini and the server (like when it's a home server) I'll be glad to help you, but when it's hosted somewhere else, you'll need a specialist to look at it.
