My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x
I wnet to my blog and tried to post a comment to an existing blog post. This is what the screen showed.

The easiest way to fix this would be download a new copy of b2evo and re-upload the file - especially if you made modifications to it.
-as always - make a backup of the current one you have.
