My b2evolution Version: Not Entered
I'm thinking more and more about upgrading to B2 v.2
I don't know the best way to do this though; I'm thinking about running the new blog in a different folder and test it for a while, make sure the plugins and skins work and then move the existing content over. But how do I do that?
My blog (1.10.2) has its own subdomain (http://blog.richnetapps.com); I have quite a lot of posts and comments and I don't want to lose them; nor do I want to keep the blog down for a few days.
Anyone with experience in this matter?

It's a good idea to test first.
You make a backup from the database. Then you make a new database and restore the backup in that database. Now you copy 2.0.2 in some folder and point the installer to the newly vreated database.
