My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

I've noticed at various times several instances of the following (or similar) showing up in my server logs:

That looks to me as though someone tried to use the email form to send a message, but I didn't receive
an email. Is it possible that a visitor's firewall software is blocking referers or cookies and that that might
be causing message submissions to not go through? Could something else be causing it, or is what I'm
seeing in the logs nothing to do with a message attempt failing?
