The backoffice page is set up to do one configuration per blog. But I think you can override that in the skin by specifying parameters when the plugin is called. Of course, if you're calling it through a widget in a container, you don't get the chance to add params.

Hey Thanks sorry it took so long to reply been really busy I will look into this more today.

The new version of the weather plugin uses widget settings (so it requires b2evolution 2.2+). It can now have multiple locations in one blog.
