My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Hi,

I'm in the process of consolidating multiple blogs / websites onto one hosting account, and ideally I would like to support them (3 at the moment) using one instance of b2evolution.

So what is the "best" way to configuration b2evolution 2.x for the following scenario:

Website 1: blog.domain1.com -> blog
Website 2: www.domain2.com -> blog
Website 3: www.domain3.com/news -> blog

Additionally, all three sites will have different themes / looks.
