What kind of code did they give you? If it is html or html+javascript I think you could do it very easily with a plugin.

As I can see it, one of the benefits of using something like this over something like BAE-SocialBookmarks is that they'll do some tracking for you as well. :p

Well, it sort of does... what it doesn't do is link to the actual post, it only links to the blog.

When I dug into the WordPress plugin it seemed to be adding the parameters for the blog and post, which is what I think would be preferable.

That works to a point: it will link to the site rather than to the post, to link to the post it'd need to be a php plugin.
