My b2evolution Version: 2.3.x

Hello all.

This morning I had problems trying to access my blog at all. I got a dowload htaccess file message.
This got solved by my host, so I thought.

I can get to my blog page, see and edit entries, use parts of the dashboard.

I can't access my admin area via the dashboard button though.
I get the "Download admin php" message.

Besides that my comments area (in edit function) is screwed up.
I get the same functions like in a blog entry (smilys, videos, etc., but they don't work when adding to the comment)

Thanks in advance for any tips (I did send another help request to my host, but I just would like to avoid this in the future) and I DID NOT access / edit or add anything to my php files in the last few days.

Edit:
Why does that version thing up there always hop back to version 1.x after I put in my version???? ) :-/
