My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I want to develop a blog for my company and my company dont use internet connection due to misused and illegal activities. Is it possible for me to build it on intranet server? just for people in the company.

Yes.
After installation, in backoffice, you should disable the ping service or remove the ping plugin
