Why not set them up with accounts that they can use to post stuff? That's one of the benefits of a multi-blogger application - many can blog at the same place.

By the way, double-posting is rude. I can see if, after a fair amount of time, you get no reply at http://forums.b2evolution.net/viewtopic.php?t=14862 then re-asking in English would be smart, but 11 minutes hardly counts as a reasonable amount of time.

Sorry but I think double posting is no rude but smart... Not every users speak french and english and go on both forums... I can have more answers and faster, and then compare them...

But even, if I want to post for someone else? As admin I have sometimes have to change some posts to an other blog and I will like to keep the author name instead of mine.

you can edit authors easily on phpmyadmin...

Smartass Yabba from astonish me has made a plugin to do exactly what you ask for.
It was custum build for me, but since you have the same needs... I'm pretty sure you can benefit from it too
