Yes, interesting. A bit of context, please. What exactly were you trying to do? Looks like some kind of database operation, so were you installing a plugin, maybe? And does everything else still work OK?

All I was doing was clicking on "plugins install." Everything else works fine. And despite my web host pleading ignorance, it seems to not be happening now, so either they fixed it, or it went away on it's own.

Oh, well, that's Ok then, glad it's working. I guess it was the plugin modifying the database which didn't work, so if that plugin is now working properly then the problem has indeed gone away: great! Possibly it was an internal MySQL thing and your hosting quietly fixed it, or rebooted or something.
