My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Actually i was gonna ask a particular question about fixing the sidebar, (afai recall there were some topics about it, but i was not able to find one with a solution) but it might be a good idea when you imagine you have one of the containers crippled where it is, to prevent it scrolling with the rest of the page horizontally or vertically..

Is there any other way else than using (position: fixed), or can anyone come up with a quick fix if had the issue earlier (have found some fixes, but apparently i am having problems calling external js' with my b2.. i place the ext js code to include in the _html.header but they dont seem to work)
