Ping-O-Matic ping problem

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi, when saving a new post on "Palms", there is an error :

# Ping de b2evolution.net...
# Réponse: Your record for this blog has been updated.
# Ping de Ping-O-Matic...
# Erreur distante: Connect error: Connection refused (111) (5)

Must I say that my update doesn't appear on this site neither ...

Can someone explain me this error ?

Ping-O-Matic is refusing to take your ping for some reason. Maybe their site is down?

it's the same way each time. And if I use the bookmarker url of my browser to do a manual ping right after the error, it works and says "Slow down cowboy" ;-)

I got the same error yesterday when I posted to my blog.

I attempted to browse to the Ping-O-Matic web site to see what was up, but no web page appeared. I just got a page saying there was a timeout error.

It's obviously a problem at their end.
