Creating Images folder issue

My b2evolution Version: 2.4.2
Running on Plesk panel with MySQL db

When I go to create an images folder in

Folders > File browser > New > Folder > Create

Could not create directory «images» in «».

Any Reason for this? Permissions perhaps?

Hi blog2e,

Welcome to the forums.
I have no experience with Plesk, but the error you describe is permission related. You want the media folder and it's subfolders to be 777 in order to be able to upload images.
Please search the forums for more information on that topic.
