My b2evolution Version: 2.x

May I state I HAVE searched the FAQs but have been unable to find my questions answered.

I have a website http://tbandu.freehostia.com that I wish to convert to blog format and also to begin other sites in the blog format. I think as b2evolution provides for multiple blogs and I am only allowed one mysql it will be good for me.

My questions are as follows:

1. Can the different blogs have different looks and skins? ie appear to be separate sites?

2. Is it possible to have (or appear to have) static front pages?

If the answer to both is yes then I will immediately begin my download!
