have you considered using google search for your site? We use it at our site and works really well.
http://www.google.com/webmasters/
that said, we should definitely get your search working... do leave a link to your site.
do i need to place tags in every post i do so that the google search function?
no, you would put the google code inside your skin index.php file
Why don't you guys want to use Advanced search plugin? Here's a demo http://ru.b2evo.net/show.php?blog=1&s=%D0%BF%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B3%D0%B8%D0%BD&sentence=sentence
sam i did tried that but its not working in my blog. Anyways my blog isn't working either. Look at my other thread. Please help.
mhico008, I remember about your redirect problem, can you pm me FTP login/pass
ok
Where can I download the Advanced search plugin?
Advanced Search
sam i already use it but for unknown reasons it does not show any good results when i tried it. For example i tag one of my anime Roots. But when i use the advance search and use the word root. The anime tagged with root does not appear.
It doesn't search tags. It searches within titles and post content.
BTW if you want to display results in google-like style you have to read the Readme.html in plugin folder

i havent noticed that before.. can you add it later sometime ?*-edit: it does search the tags
and, i dont know if i ve mentioned this before, but it would be cool, if you also could have implemented ¥åßßå's search hi-lite hack
Advanced search plugin is powered by default search functions, so I don't really know if it searches tags or not.
I'll check it out.

It was a tip for tilqicom.
I checked your site search and it's working well, I don't see any problems with it.
