My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

i have problems updating. Well as you see. i'm already 2.4.1 . I downloaded the 2.4.5 then install it. It is successful, anyways i chose the upgrade option. But the problem now, when i look below my backoffice where the version of the blog is placed. It is still 2.4.1
