[2.x] PHP out of memory error

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I received the following error while trying to post a new message to my blog:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 524288) (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/comlist/public_html/inc/_vars.inc.php on line 88

Questions: Do my readers also sometimes get this error? How can I prevent it from happening? Could it be something I added or changed to the basic setup, like a bad plugin?

Consider increasing PHP memory limit a bit. What is it now?

Seems like 64M is OK, but it won't bite if you increase it a little bit.

Perhaps to 128?

If that doesn't work, where can I hunt down the memory hog?
