a link would help. I'm guessing you're talking about the menu under the title. Use the freehtml widget in the backoffice. Place it in the menu.

when logged in use the admin panel at the top.

customize->blog widgets

in there on the menu section click add widget and choose a freehtml widget

inside there, make a simple html link within the same ul->li->a structure that your menu already makes.
